So Think, do you ever think Forgiveness in Negative Emotions?
Sometimes the heart might be so heavy and the thought so confused that you need to think of certain issues from the past which you hold onto that may be affecting your progress.
Emotion is a very strong passion and holding onto negative emotion can actually hinder your thoughts to progress onto other things in life which gives you inner happiness.
If you have a negative emotion from the past, then ask yourself a few questions like:
1) What have I learned from this event?
2) How can I use this learning to move on to the future and better my life?
3) Does hanging onto it really give me any benefits?
Try to meditate on these questions and any others that you may have and then gradually as you begin to see the benefits of your learning’s from the event or events, you will start the process of letting of the negative emotions that hold you back.
You have to persist in this practice and tell yourself that this is good for your health and lifestyle freedom.
Thought is Power and putting it into a fruitful use is great advantage in life.
